ST. JOHN THE DIVINE EPISCOPAL CHURCH

The recently renovated St. John the Divine Episcopal Church sanctuary has been generously donated to ROCO for its concerts and serves as our home venue. With its central Houston location in the heart of River Oaks, the church provides easy access.

The sanctuary’s space is ideally sized for a chamber orchestra, with seating for 700 people. The acoustically vibrant Mission-style building, with its new walls, ceiling treatments, and slate flooring, enhances the concert experience.

St. John’s superb facilities also house our ROCOrooters children’s program during performances.

ROCO returns this season to perform in the sanctuary at St. Philip Presbyterian Church in February 2009. The church, located at San Felipe and the 610 Loop, offers stellar acoustics and a convenient location.
